All the items available on Bella-Bijou.com are made to order and require a lead time of 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated. Please contact me about rush orders, which may be available for a cost.
Payment
Bella-Bijou accepts all forms of payment via Paypal. Please note you do not need to have a paypal account to pay with this service.
Currency is in CAN dollars.
Custom Orders:
Would you like to have something special made just for you, or a special someone? I take custom work on a case by case basis, and would love to opportunity to design for you! Please contact me through my website here or my email Jaime {a} bella-bijou {dot} com and we can discuss details.
Please note that custom work will always require a 50% non refundable deposit towards the full cost of the item. Custom work can be very time consuming for me from sketching ideas, to answering emails back and forth. I take on serious inquiries only for this reason.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the fact that my orders are made to order, and often to specific sizes, I am unable to accept returns. Under the circumstances that you receive your Bella‐Bijou piece broken, damaged in the mail, or defective, please contact me. I never anticipate my jewellery breaking, but if for some unfortunate reason your purchase becomes defective within 30 days from the time shipped, I will fix/replace/refund the item. I create all my jewellery with heart & soul - and want it to be passed on for generations!
Exchanges can be made on items that are not earrings, rings or custom items, up to 20 days after the item was shipped. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please contact me if you need to discuss a concern with your package.
