Each item is made to order by me, as the order comes in. Generally orders are created and shipped within 3–7 business days from time of payment. Custom and specialty orders may require added time, and will always be quoted a turn around time before the order is placed.
Wholesale accounts can expect approx 2 weeks for order completion before shipping.
*What is a business day?*
It is monday-friday 9-5pm. Weekends, and holidays are not business days
It is so important to me that your special jewellery purchase arrives in your hands in the same condition it left my hands!
All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Items are carefully wrapped in 100% recycled cotton lined jewellery boxes and shipping in recycled or degradable bubble lined mailers. Boxes are always decorated with my Bella‐Bijou Jewellery wrapper, and a decorative ribbon - ready for gift giving!
Items with a value of $100 or under are shipped Canada Post Airmail, with insurance - a 4–10 business day service approximately. Items valued at over $100 and shipped within North America are sent Expedited Parcel, which is insured, trackable and generally takes 6–12 business days.
*Please note it make take a few days for tracking to start working after parcels have left my hands.
International sales outside of North America are sent International Airmail, which is a 6–12 business day service approx, and can only be insured up to $100. Please contact me to discuss other shipping options.
